Dr. V.R. Godhaniya B.Ed. College
Dr. V.R. Godhaniya B.Ed. College was established in 2007 under the Shri Maldevji Odedara Smarak Trust, Porbandar — the same trust behind the Godhaniya Mahila College, IT College and Engineering College. It shares the Khijdi Plot, M.G. Road campus (opposite the Income Tax Office) with Dr. V.R. Godhaniya Mahila College.
The college offers the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) programme, recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and the Government of Gujarat, and is affiliated to Bhakta Kavi Narsinh Mehta University (BKNMU), Junagadh. Admission requires a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks.
