Shri K.H. Madhvani Arts & Commerce College
Shri K.H. Madhvani Arts & Commerce College was established in 1958 as a public educational institution in Porbandar. On 15 June 1963, the college moved into its present building on the National Highway near the Civil Airport and was formally inaugurated under its full name, Shri Kalidas Haridas Madhvani College, by its principal donors: Lt. Shri Ramnikbhai Madhvani, Shri Rajnikant Madhvani, Smt. Ramabhaben Madhvani and Smt. Kasturbaben Madhvani.
The college is affiliated to Saurashtra University, Rajkot, and offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Arts and Commerce, making it one of the oldest continuously operating colleges in the city, with well over six decades of history.

Over more than sixty years, the college has grown into one of Porbandar’s most established centres for Gujarati-medium arts and commerce education, affiliated to Saurashtra University, Rajkot.
